Jiaozi, is a chinese tranditional food. It presents full of heart, because it is a absolutely necessary in chinese festival like turkey in USA.
After I typed those words, i go to wikipedia to find how to describe jiaoji. it is too wonder to me there are a lot of names to Jiaozi.  Jiaozi (Chinese transliteration), gyōza (Japanese transliteration), or mandu (Korean), is a Chinese dumpling, widely popular in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea as well as outside of East Asia, particularly in North America.Along with chinese footmark, Jiaozi is also known by all the world. 
let me, master men tell every audience how to make jiaozi.typically Jiaozi consist of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped into a thinly rolled piece of dough, which is then sealed by pressing the edges together or by crimping. Generally put jiaozi into fridge to freeze twenty minutes before cook.
